When I have completed a job, I will notify the client.  At that point I get paid.  Instantaneous payment can be made through PayPal (an internet payment service) or funds can be sent to me in any other way that a client might prefer.  After I have the payment, I will send out the deliverables.  I prefer electronic transfer of the deliverables (Word, Excel and Orcad files), but other arrangements can be made.
