Circuits For Patent Alternatives

In many fast paced fields, patents can be issued at exactly the wrong time.  It is frustrating to have to scrap a design because a competitor has just been issued a new patent that negatively impacts your new design.  There are many ways to solve a problem.  If the patent is specific enough, the function can often be synthesized without the use of the patented idea.  

This is not always the case.  When a patent has been cleverly written and the invention is broad, the concept is as locked up as the circuit.  I will have to look at your individual case.  I am not a patent attorney, but in my pursuit of my patents, I have learned a few tricks.  I will be happy to look at your problem to see if I can apply them to your product.
